Built by the community in 2011, the MLK, Jr. Park outdoor fitness circuit is a perfect, free way to stay active in the sun, in an open community setting.

Weekdays are best, as it gets busy on weekends.

Water and sunscreen.

Difficulty - Medium

It’s not very hard to do this activity, but it does require some physical exertion!

Accessibility - Medium

This activity is mostly accessible, but there is some uneven terrain.

Be SMART and don’t over-exert yourself -- you can’t stay active if you’re injured

Side Trek

King Park pool is a great place to cool off after your workout, and is very affordable to enjoy.
